Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. During that time period you can request a return after receiving your item, for any reason and without needing to justify it.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

Please note that the responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs lies with you, the customer, unless the product has arrived damaged.
